Reginald Laranang

Reginald Laranang is a partnerships lead at VetraFi, where he builds the national recruiter networks that connect the military community to the financial tools they've earned.

A U.S. Army veteran, Reginald retired as a Sergeant First Class after 26 years of service. He began as an 11X Infantryman with the 101st Airborne Division (Screaming Eagles) and the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment (Blackhorse), earning the Expert, Combat and Master Combat Infantry Badges.

He spent nearly two decades in Army Talent Acquisition (79R), recruiting across Non Prior Service, Medical, and Special Operations specialties. He earned the Gold Recruiter Badge, Gold Recruiter Ring, and the Glen E. Morrell Award, the Army's highest recruiting honor, while training and mentoring more than 20 junior recruiters. Several of his soldiers have gone on to become Command Sergeant Majors and senior leaders.

He lives in Wildomar, CA and enjoys offshore fishing, traveling, eating new foods, and bourbon hunting.
