Stephen Salamon is an Operations Analyst at VetraFi with a background spanning national security, psychology of influence, and economics.

Before joining VetraFi, he completed a Venture Capital Fellowship, where he gained experience across early-stage investing and private sector operations.

A U.S. Army veteran, Stephen served in the U.S. Army as part of the 9th Psychological Operations Battalion, 8th Psychological Operations Group out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, specializing in Information Operations and planning. During his service, he deployed across Latin America and the Middle East, collaborating with partner nations, joint forces, and cross-functional teams on complex, multinational efforts.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mississippi State University.
